Welkom op mijn nieuwe website.

Mijn naam is Johan Brouwers maar ik publiceer al enkele jaren foto's onder de naam "Johan Wijchen ".

Op 11 jarige leeftijd begon ik met het maken van foto's en met hulp van mijn toenmalige onderwijzer ( meister Coppus ) leerde ik ook zelf foto's ontwikkelen en afdrukken. Al die jaren is fotografie mijn hobby gebleven maar met het naderen van mijn pensioen heb ik mij opnieuw in de nu digitale fotografie verdiept en passend materiaal aangeschaft.

Op dit moment combineer ik mijn fotografie met mijn andere hobby Balfolk dansen en maak ik op veel bals foto's van de muzikanten en dansers.

Daarnaast maak ik vooral portret foto's en modelfoto's op locatie en in mijn huiskamer studio.

My name is Johan Brouwers, but I have been publishing photos under the name "Johan Wijchen" for several years.

I started taking photos at the age of 11, and with the help of my teacher at the time (Meister Coppus), I also learned to develop and print photos myself. Photography has remained my hobby all these years, but as my retirement approaches, I have once again delved into what is now digital photography and purchased suitable equipment.

Currently, I combine my photography with my other hobby, Balfolk dancing, and I take photos of the musicians and dancers at many balls.

In addition, I mainly take portrait photos and model photos on location or in my home studio.
